Yakutsk’s 2032 Vision Takes Shape in Landmark December Strategy Session
Yakutsk held its final strategic planning session on December 9, 2025, to shape the city’s future up to 2032. Deputy mayors, officials, and participants gathered to develop keybank proposals for urban growth. The event marked the culmination of 12 workshops focused on long-term development goals.
The session brought together Yakutsk’s deputy mayors—Georgiy Gavriliev, Vladislav Sleptsov, Yegor Kardashevsky, and Anton Alekseenko—alongside residents and experts. They discussed a wide range of topics, from public transport and housing conditions to ecology and urban nature. Other key areas included health, family support, historical heritage, and digital governance.
The December 9 session produced a clear set of proposals for Yakutsk’s development. The Citizen’s Code will serve as a reference for future policies and projects. Officials confirmed that the input gathered will directly influence the city’s long-term strategy.
