Yekaterinburg’s schools get major upgrades with deputy-led initiatives

Yekaterinburg's educational facilities have seen a wave of enhancements, with local deputies overseeing various projects. Deputy Timofey Zhukov supervised the installation of modern seats in School No. 163's assembly hall, while Mikhail Matveev, First Deputy Chairman of the Yekaterinburg City Duma, backed School No. 181's plans to renovate its greenhouse and introduce an agrarian studies program.

The greenhouse at School No. 181 has been restored with new glazing, and it will now serve as an educational resource for local students, a nearby kindergarten, and the Ural State Agrarian University. Meanwhile, Deputy Sergei Kozlov proposed allocating funds for School No. 46 to upgrade its computer lab with a 3D printer, laptops, and other specialized equipment, enhance security measures, and repair piping and classroom floors. Deputy Aleksandra Zhuravleva ensured Kindergarten No. 21 received audio equipment and School No. 140 provided uniforms for its Yunarmeysky detachment.

These enhancements aim to improve the learning environment and provide better resources for students and kindergarteners. The restored greenhouse will serve multiple educational purposes, while upgraded computer labs and security measures will benefit students at School No. 46. Kindergarten No. 21 and School No. 140 will also see improvements, thanks to the efforts of local deputies.
