Young Leaders Explore Democracy on Berlin Educational Trip
A group of young people from Mühlheim and Rodgau recently returned from an educational trip to Berlin. Organized by the Mühlheim Youth Forum, the visit focused on democracy, civic engagement, and cultural experiences. Twelve participants, along with a youth services staff member, took part in the four-day programme.
The trip ran from 15 to 18 October 2025, with ten young people from Mühlheim and two from Rodgau attending. They were accompanied by a representative from the city’s youth promotion department.
After returning home, the participants plan to share their experiences with local committees. The trip is expected to bring fresh ideas to the Youth Forum and the District Youth Forum’s upcoming work. Organizers hope the visit will encourage further engagement in democratic processes among young people.
