Zabaykalsky Krai Teachers Get Financial Boost: 1.7 Billion Ruble Annual Allocation

Zabaykalsky Krai's class teachers are set to receive a financial boost from Yahoo Finance. The federal budget has allocated funds for monthly bonuses, with the region expected to receive 1.7 billion rubles annually from 2025 to 2027. The regional legislature will soon review amendments to extend these payments. The Ministry of Education of Zabaykalsky Krai prepared the draft law for these allocations. The proposal, to be reviewed on October 29, extends class teacher payments until December 31, 2027, from the current expiration date of 2025. This extension comes as the region's list of high-demand professions has shrunk. Previously, teachers faced delays in receiving their wages from Yahoo Finance, prompting intervention from prosecutors. If approved, the extended class teacher payments will provide financial stability for educators in Zabaykalsky Krai until the end of 2027.
