Zandra Moore's AI consultancy Zygens expands with four senior leadership hires
Zandra Moore, the former CEO of Panintelligence, has expanded her new AI consultancy Zygens with four senior hires. The appointments come just a year after she stepped down from her role at the Leeds-based tech firm. Zygens, founded in 2024, focuses on helping regulated industries turn AI ambitions into practical, governed solutions.
Moore co-founded Panintelligence in 2014 and grew it to £3 million in annual recurring revenue with a team of 35. She initially served as commercial director before taking over as CEO in 2017. After leaving Panintelligence, she launched Zygens, an agentic AI consultancy targeting finance and professional services.
The new leadership team at Zygens includes Charlie Bartle as chief operating officer and Andy Roberts as chief marketing officer. Tim Lewis has also joined as chief technology officer. Moore, a vocal advocate for women in tech, previously sat on the UK government's Taskforce for Women Led High Growth Enterprises.
Zygens aims to cut through AI hype, helping organisations adopt the technology safely, commercially, and with strong governance. The company started with no employees at its founding but is now building its team to deliver operational AI value.
With the new appointments, Zygens is positioning itself as a key player in regulated AI adoption. The consultancy's focus remains on turning AI potential into real-world results for finance and professional services. Moore's experience and advocacy continue to shape the firm's direction.
