Antifa Collective Claims Responsibility for €10,000 Vandalism Spree on Rental Cars
A far-left antifa collective has taken responsibility for vandalising 13 rental cars at an Enterprise branch in Halle (Saale). The attackers spray-painted slogans like 'Fuck ICE' and 'Stop ICE' across the vehicles, causing significant damage.
The incident took place overnight on Delitzscher Straße, where the group slashed the tyres of four cars and partially disabled others. The estimated cost of repairs stands at around €10,000, not including lost income from cancelled bookings.
In a statement, the collective accused Enterprise Rent-A-Car of working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), claiming the company assists in deportations. They also hinted at further attacks, urging others to take similar action. Police have confirmed the damage but have not yet identified any suspects. The investigation remains ongoing.
The attack has left Enterprise facing repair costs and disrupted operations. Authorities continue to examine evidence, while the company has not yet issued a public response. The group's claims about ICE collaboration have not been independently verified.
