Portugal's April 25th Museum Stuck in Political Limbo After Decades of Delay
One of the unresolved issues on this anniversary of the April 25th revolution is the creation of an interpretive center—commonly referred to as the April 25th Museum—whose location remains blocked by the government. The matter was included in the transition dossier between Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa and António José Seguro, and this Saturday, it was raised during the commemorative session by the Livre and Chega parties, each with predictably differing tones. The government, for its part, has pledged that "there will be what is currently under discussion and being coordinated."
