Against the backdrop of data on the fact that in 2025, more than 800,000 businesses ceased operations in Russia, such a long period of work and positions in general Russian ratings look impressive.
PROGRESS Celebrates 14 Years as Russia's Rising Real Estate Leader
For 14 years, PROGRESS has come a long way from a local developer to a federal company that is part of the top 50 developers in the country in terms of construction volume.
According to the company, during the years of PROGRESS work: - created 500 jobs in Yekaterinburg and Astrakhan; - built residential complexes that 2,827 families chose to live in; - supports fighters of special operations with the forces of the team. Provided assistance in the restoration of the Kursk region; - repeatedly brought professional awards to our region. The most titled projects of the developer - the residential complex Amundsen and the residential complex "Atmosphere", which more than once became the best in the country and in Europe.
The founder of PROGRESS Viktor Tarasenko noted that the transition to the federal level was an important step for the company:
"To maintain a high pace of development for 14 years in a row is not an easy task, especially now. But we are coping with it. Even our most difficult decisions are aimed at one thing: so that the company remains stable and fulfills all obligations to customers and partners."
In the coming years, PROGRESS plans to continue the implementation of residential projects in Yekaterinburg, Astrakhan and other regions, maintaining a focus on complex development and urban environment.
