The image shows a large group of people standing in front of a crowd of police officers, some of whom are wearing caps and masks. There are banners with text on them, flags with poles, light poles, trees, and vehicles in the background, as well as a building and the sky. The scene is likely from a demonstration in Berlin, Germany, where police officers are seen calling for the death of a man.

Around 10,000 attendees visited the Rose Monday parade in Böblingen on February 16, 2026. The event proceeded largely without incident. After the parade, however, various crimes and public order offenses occurred in and around the venue. Approximately 40 police officers were deployed.

Over the course of the day, incidents included multiple cases of property damage, insults, grievous bodily harm, and public order violations.

For instance, at 2:20 p.m., an unidentified suspect committed grievous bodily harm by striking a 17-year-old victim with a smoke flare, causing minor injuries. At 4:20 p.m., four suspects—aged 15 and 16—verbally abused several police officers.

During routine checks, officers uncovered violations of narcotics laws, weapons regulations, and youth protection statutes. A 16-year-old was found in possession of brass knuckles, while an 18-year-old had a flick knife. Additionally, there was one violation of narcotics laws and 16 breaches of youth protection regulations.
