Two men arrested in Duisburg for stealing an industrial generator
Two men are alleged to have stolen an industrial generator from a parked van at the location. A witness alerted police, who apprehended two suspects near the intersection of Weseler and Warbruck streets. After the men—aged 39 and 41—admitted to using drugs, the Duisburg public prosecutor's office ordered blood samples to be taken. Investigations led officers to an apartment believed to contain additional stolen property. The presiding prosecutor authorized a search of the premises, where police discovered and seized a power drill confirmed to be stolen.
Both suspects were provisionally arrested and are now in custody at Duisburg-Hamborn Prison.
