Wartburgkreis Youth Welfare Office Closes for Staff Training in February 2026
The Wartburgkreis Youth Welfare Office will close for two days in early February. Staff will attend training on Thursday, February 5, and Friday, February 6, 2026. This will affect services at both the Bad Salzungen and Eisenach locations. The temporary closure means no support will be available from the Child Support and Guardianship departments. All employees in these areas will be unavailable during the training period.
For those needing urgent assistance, the office has set up an alternative contact method. Requests can be sent by email to [email protected] while the offices remain closed.
Normal operations will resume on Monday, February 8, 2026. Until then, routine services will be paused, and only urgent cases handled via the provided email. The training aims to improve staff skills for future service delivery.
