WerraEnergie has been awarded the "Customer Verdict: Excellent Service Quality" seal of approval as part of the latest customer survey conducted by the Thürga Early Warning System (TFWS) 2025/2026. The distinction is conferred by essentiq GmbH, based on overall customer satisfaction.
With an outstanding rating of 1.9, WerraEnergie ranks among the top-performing companies in the study, earning the highest classification—"excellent service quality."
The survey is part of a regular benchmarking study by Thürga AG, in which energy providers systematically evaluate customer feedback. The goal is to measure service quality and drive continuous improvement.
