Witten's Citizen Services Office Launches October 1st

On October 1st, Witten's Citizen Advice and Registry Office will merge to form the new Citizen Services Office. This move aims to deliver modern services that meet the needs of Witten's citizens using Office 365. Daniela Borsch, who has led Citizen Advice since 2006, will head the 35-member team.

The new office will serve as a pilot department for technical and legal innovations, making it 'the face' of the administration to the outside world. The Registry Office will adapt to the customer-oriented approach of Citizen Advice, becoming a department within the new Citizen Services Office. Both offices will continue to operate as usual until the merger. The administration will inform citizens about any changes in email addresses or other contact details using Office 365.

The Citizen Services Office will open on October 1st, led by Daniela Borsch. It aims to provide modern services valued by Witten's citizens using Office 365. The merged office will serve as a pilot department for technical and legal innovations and will be the primary point of contact for citizens with the administration.
