Woman Arrested After Violent Police Confrontations at Oberen Mühle Clinic
A 32-year-old woman has been arrested after two separate confrontations with police at Oberen Mühle. The incidents began when she entered a medical practice despite an active trespassing ban. Officers later detained her following aggressive behaviour and repeated violations of exclusion orders.
The first altercation occurred when the woman entered the local medical practice, ignoring a prior trespassing prohibition. She appeared intoxicated and began shouting insults at responding officers, calling them 'bastards'. During the confrontation, she allegedly kicked at the police, leaving one female officer injured and temporarily unfit for duty.
Officers issued an on-site exclusion order, but the situation escalated when she returned to the scene at 12:40 p.m. Authorities then took her into custody for trespassing, verbal abuse, threats, and resisting law enforcement.
Prosecutors have now launched criminal proceedings against the woman. Charges include trespassing, insult, threats, and resisting officers. The injured officer remains off duty while the investigation continues.
