Three-Day "Women in Business" Intensive Wraps Up in Arsenyev (16+)

The event, organized by the My Business center with support from the regional Ministry of Economic Development, served not only as an educational platform but also as a catalyst for building a new community of women entrepreneurs in the region.

Over 30 participants—ranging from local brand owners to self-employed artisans—gathered at Arsenyev's Progress Cultural Center, each arriving with specific business challenges the intensive was designed to address.

Breaking away from traditional lecture formats, organizers prioritized hands-on work with real-world cases. The program featured four expert-led sessions: lawyer Olga Belousova examined legal risks and tax incentives for small businesses; financial consultant Irina Kostitsa guided participants through financial reporting and integrating neural networks into daily operations; psychologist Anna Savkina led a session on emotional management in negotiations and strategies for justified price increases; and marketer Olga Romanova presented the most effective promotion channels for 2026, tailored to the evolving digital landscape.

"I make it a point to attend events by the 'My Business' center—it's part of my professional growth and a chance to exchange experiences with peers," noted Yekaterina Karpova, director of an English language club.

The intensive concluded with a networking session, where participants not only exchanged contacts but also laid the groundwork for their first collaborative projects. Yulia Dzyuba, founder of a network of educational centers and an ambassador for social entrepreneurship, shared that just a day after the event, she had already implemented AI-powered design tools in her business and developed a quarterly marketing strategy.
