A 67-year-old man died in a workplace accident near Wittenburg on Friday morning. The incident took place in Zühr, where the victim was crushed by a trailer during maintenance work. Emergency services rushed to the scene but could not save him. The accident happened as the man carried out repairs on the trailer. Its hydraulic system suddenly failed, causing the heavy structure to tip over and trap him underneath. Rescue teams arrived quickly but found the injuries too severe to treat.
