YAKUTIA.INFO. Yakutia's Prime Minister Kirill Bychkov chaired a working group meeting on the financial recovery of the state unitary enterprise ZhKKh RS(Y) [Yakutia's Housing and Utilities Services]. The session approved a package of measures to stabilize the company, including a request for systemic federal support, Bychkov announced on his messaging channels.

The meeting was attended by republican lawmaker Viktor Fyodorov. Yakutia's Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Energy presented a set of proposals aimed at improving the enterprise's financial and economic standing.

Participants discussed the initiatives and agreed on support mechanisms, which include mobilizing the company's internal resources through cost optimization, as well as preparing a package of measures for federal consideration to address the issue of inter-tariff disparities.

"Under the agreed solutions, funding sources have been identified, measures to mitigate financial and operational risks have been defined, and frameworks for cooperation with municipalities have been established—focusing on timely fulfillment of budgetary obligations, synchronized settlements, and stronger payment discipline," Bychkov explained in his messaging channels.

Viktor Fyodorov emphasized the need for executive and legislative branches to consolidate efforts to implement the decisions in practice.

Meanwhile, as reported by several media outlets, the enterprise has failed to pay employees' salaries for the second month in a row.

"Two months without wages—large families are suffering, those with loans, people who need medicine. Make them pay! We've been saying for a long time that it's time to replace the director. Put someone educated, competent, and professional in charge, not some errand runner," readers of Yakutia.Info wrote in comments.

Judging by the meeting's summary, no specific steps to clear the wage arrears were announced.
