Yakutskenergo honors energy veterans at annual industry gathering
A traditional gathering of veterans from Yakutsk State District Power Plant (YSDPP), part of Yakutskenergo PJSC (a subsidiary of RusHydro Group), was held at the facility. Twelve people attended the event. Such meetings are held annually to preserve generational continuity, historical legacy, and professional ties among energy sector workers.
The program began with a visit to the observation deck of Yakutsk State District Power Plant-2, which offers a panoramic view of the city. Participants took commemorative photos there. Following this, a tour of the plant's museum was organized, where visitors learned in detail about the operating principles of the modern energy facility and the industry's latest systems.
During the meeting, current achievements of Yakutskenergo were also discussed, including the implementation of investment projects and the construction of new energy facilities—continuing the work begun by previous generations of specialists. The event concluded with tea and an entertainment program, during which veterans fondly recalled their years of service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Yakutskenergo expresses sincere gratitude to the veterans for their contributions to the region's energy sector and their many years of dedicated work. Hosting such events is an important part of the company's corporate policy, aimed at preserving the professional legacy of the industry.
