In this image we can see two police officers, one of them is holding some papers, and talking in the mic, in front of him there is a podium, also we can see a board with some symbols, and text written on it, there is a banner, cloth, a stand, we can see the flag, and a table.

AfD's defense policy spokesman, Rüdiger Lucassen, has issued an ultimatum to Thomas Röwekamp, chair of the Bundestag Defense Committee. Lucassen demands Röwekamp retract allegations that AfD lawmakers' inquiries amount to espionage for Russia by Friday. The search results do not reveal which legal expert or attorney Lucassen is consulting regarding potential legal action.

Röwekamp had told Der Spiegel that AfD's questions about Bundeswehr's military capabilities and gaps could not be justified by legitimate parliamentary oversight. Lucassen argues these accusations are unlawful and violate the general right to personality. In response, AfD has threatened legal action if Röwekamp fails to meet the deadline and retract his statements. This is not the first time AfD has taken such steps. Previously, they took legal action against the Handelsblatt newspaper and Thuringia's Interior Minister Georg Maier in a similar case.

The ultimatum sets a deadline for Röwekamp to retract his statements. If he fails to do so, AfD has warned of potential legal consequences. This move follows a pattern of AfD taking legal action in response to what they perceive as unlawful accusations.
