Boy Threatened and Assaulted by Unknown Attackers in Cloppenburg
A young boy was threatened and assaulted by several unknown attackers in Cloppenburg last week. The incident took place on Friday, May 8, at around 1:30 p.m., leaving the victim shaken and his bicycle damaged. The assailants approached the boy and prevented him from returning home. They coerced him to go behind a school on Leharstraße while making threats of physical harm. The situation only ended when an adult passerby intervened, prompting the attackers to release the boy and flee the scene.
The boy’s bicycle sustained damage during the confrontation. Cloppenburg police are now asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist their investigation.
