The annual business forum Business Code 2.0 will return on October 17 at Gelendzhik Arena. This year’s event centres on rapid growth, with the theme ‘There’s no choice: we all must make it X2’—covering sales, marketing, and business safety. Organisers aim to equip young entrepreneurs with practical tools for scaling their ventures. The forum will feature four key speakers. Nastasiya Belotchkina, a leading expert in systemic sales, has worked with major firms like Alfa Bank and L'Oreal. Ekaterina Ukolova, a specialist in business scaling, brings experience from 50 countries and over 8,500 clients.
**Yevgeny Churanov**, a certified Yandex expert and author of *Pro sites*, will share insights on digital strategies. **Alexander Kroitor**, director of marketing and development at Novikov Group & Family Garden, rounds out the lineup. Topics include *‘Sales that work ‘on the spot’*, *‘Effective marketing in the era of neural networks’* and *‘15 mistakes not found in companies with billion-dollar turnover’*. Last year’s event drew more than 300 participants from cities across Russia. This year’s programme builds on that success, focusing on actionable strategies for business expansion.
