EIC's Women Leadership Programme opens doors for female innovators in 2025
The European Innovation Council (EIC) has opened applications for its Women Leadership Programme (WLP). Designed for women co-founders and senior executives, the initiative supports leaders in scaling their businesses. The deadline for submissions is February 9, 2025, at 23:59. The programme targets women who hold chief positions in companies established at least two years before the application date. Applicants must also be part of a founding team and have previously benefited from EIC or EIT programmes.
The WLP runs from March to June 2025. It focuses on strengthening leadership skills, including negotiation, fundraising, and team development. Participants will receive personalised mentorship, business coaching, and access to online networking events.
