Elderly Man Attacks Child With Umbrella in Radolfzell Daycare Incident

Radolfzell — Authorities are appealing for witnesses following an incident on Nordendstraße Thursday afternoon. At around 2:30 p.m., an unknown man walked past the Entdeckerkiste daycare center on the sidewalk and suddenly struck a four-year-old girl in the face with his umbrella. When a passerby confronted him, the man fled the scene. The child sustained minor injuries but did not require medical treatment.

The suspect is described as approximately 60 to 70 years old, partially bald, and dressed in dark clothing while carrying an umbrella.
