ELW Center Closed Friday for Staff Training—Hotline and Appointments Unavailable. Normal Service Resumes Monday.
ELW Center shuts Friday for staff training—key services halted
Anyone calling the ELW Center on Friday will be out of luck: the facility will be closed for the day. Staff at the service center are attending an internal training session, sharing insights, refining procedures, and preparing for upcoming tasks.
Phone services will also be unavailable. Neither the main customer service line nor the cleanliness hotline will be operational. Those hoping to schedule a last-minute bulky waste pickup will have to wait.
Patience Pays Off
The ELW Center will reopen on Monday, April 20, resuming normal operations. Starting at 9 AM, teams will be back on the lines, answering questions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for a clean Wiesbaden.
