Kazakhstan and Peru Strengthen Legal Ties with Three New Treaties
The press service of Kazakhstan's president has announced that the head of state signed three new laws, our website reports.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev ratified the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Ratification of the Treaty Between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Peru on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters."
The president also approved the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Ratification of the Treaty Between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Peru on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons."
Additionally, the head of state signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Ratification of the Treaty Between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Peru on Extradition."
