Kazakhstan's Deputy Health Minister Aliya Rustemova abruptly dismissed after nine months

Aliya Rustemova took up this position in November of last year.

By a government decree, Aliya Shaiyzadaevna Rustemova has been dismissed from her post as Deputy Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Cabinet's press service reported, as cited by our website.

Since September 2023, she had served as the head of Astana's Public Health Department.

In November 2023, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Healthcare.
