Manheim-area residents invited to shape future growth at November 19 hearing

Penn Township, Rapho Township, and Manheim Borough invite residents to a public hearing on November 19, 2025, at 7pm. The event, held at Manheim Central High School, Room 700, aims to gather public comment on the final draft of a proposed update to their regional comprehensive plan.
