New York Opens Physical Library Dedicated to the Jeffrey Epstein Case

A physical library dedicated to the Jeffrey Epstein case opened in New York on May 8, 2023. The collection brings together thousands of documents, books, and evidence linked to Epstein and Donald J. Trump. Organisers say the project aims to ensure transparency and accountability in one of the most high-profile legal cases in recent history. The library contains 3,437 books, 3.5 million pages, and nearly 8,000 kilograms of evidence. A team of lawyers and experts compiled and verified the materials, which include a detailed timeline of the Epstein case and a tribute to survivors. The project is supported by the Institute for Primary Facts, a nonprofit group pushing for greater openness in the investigation.

Visitors can explore the archives until May 21, 2023. Journalists and law enforcement officials will have full access to the records. David Garrett, the library’s lead organiser, has criticised the U.S. Department of Justice for not protecting survivors’ identities in a January 2023 file release. According to the project’s website, the library’s physical presence makes the truth harder to ignore. Garrett hopes visitors will leave convinced that American law can still be enforced and crimes properly punished.

The library will remain open to the public for two weeks. Its organisers have positioned it as a key resource for understanding the Epstein case. The collection’s size and scope provide an unprecedented look at the legal and personal dimensions of the scandal.
