No Pre-Registration Required

Belarusians over 60 applying for Polish visas at the invitation of their children or grandchildren—who are Polish citizens—will be able to schedule document submissions via email starting May 4, the Polish Embassy in Minsk has announced.

Applicants must send a request to the consular section's email address—[email protected]—without prior registration.

The email subject line should read: "Zaproszenie UW 60+". Attach a copy of the invitation registered with the relevant voivodeship (provincial) office and provide full contact details, including a phone number.

After reviewing the request, applicants will be assigned a date and time to visit one of the visa centers in Minsk, Gomel, Mogilev, or Vitebsk, depending on their place of residence.

The embassy emphasized that incomplete applications—those missing required documents or information—will not be processed. It also warned that failure to appear at the scheduled time will disqualify applicants from rescheduling under this expedited procedure.
