Portugal Approves €11B Recovery Plan After Devastating 2024 Storms

Prime Minister António Costa announced on Wednesday that Portugal's Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PTRR) will be presented in its final version next Tuesday, April 28. The government's strategy—developed in response to the severe storms that struck the country earlier this year—was reviewed during an extraordinary Cabinet meeting held this Wednesday.
