Vladivostok deputy reveals urban upgrades and troop support plans in new interview

An interview with Vladivostok City Duma Deputy and local branch leader of Young Guard Artem Volodin took place in mid-April—shortly after he and fellow lawmakers delivered their sixth humanitarian shipment to the special military operation zone. In a conversation with PrimaMedia news agency, the elected representative explained why supporting the troops has become not a one-time campaign but an integral part of daily work with the younger generation.

Beyond the humanitarian mission, the discussion also covered community self-governance (known in Russia as TOS) projects implemented last year, as well as new initiatives set to launch this year. The deputy separately addressed constituent concerns from his district and outlined plans for improving public spaces—from residential courtyards to communal areas.

The full video interview (12+) with the City Duma deputy will be released on Tuesday, April 28, on PrimaMedia's website and social media channels.
