2023 Business Champion Awards Open for UK SMEs—Apply Now Online
The 2023 Business Champion Awards have officially opened for applications. This year’s programme puts a spotlight on businesses from the north of England while celebrating outstanding companies across the UK.
The awards recognise leadership, resilience, and strong workplace cultures in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With SMEs making up 99% of the nation’s businesses, the event aims to highlight their achievements on a national stage. Applications are now being accepted online, with the entire process running digitally. The shift to an online system has made the awards carbon neutral, from submissions to the final presentation day.
Finalists will receive bronze, silver, or gold recognition. Each will also be featured on the awards’ media partner website and granted access to a national business network. Even those who don’t reach the final can attend the ceremony, with tickets available for the evening event.
The finale takes place on March 22, 2023. The night will include a fireside chat hosted by Lord Sebastian Coe, while BBC presenter Huw Edwards will lead the awards proceedings. The Business Champion Awards continue to highlight the best of British business. By focusing on SMEs and embracing a fully digital format, the 2023 programme aims to be more inclusive and sustainable.
