Arnsberg's 115 service celebrates 15 years of helping residents

Arnsberg’s 115 service has reached its 15th anniversary. Mayor Ralf Paul Bittner expressed his delight at the milestone. The hotline has long supported residents with a wide range of administrative requests. The 115 service in Arnsberg has assisted citizens for many years. It handles tasks such as registrations, change of address, marriage, and vehicle registration. The centre receives around 70,000 calls annually, along with several thousand inquiries through the government hotline.

In 2025 alone, the team managed nearly 3,700 calls. The service remains a key point of contact for residents needing help with official matters. The 115 hotline continues to play a vital role in Arnsberg. It provides efficient support for thousands of administrative requests each year. The anniversary marks a significant achievement for the service and its staff.
