In 2025 alone, the team managed nearly 3,700 calls. The service remains a key point of contact for residents needing help with official matters. The 115 hotline continues to play a vital role in Arnsberg. It provides efficient support for thousands of administrative requests each year. The anniversary marks a significant achievement for the service and its staff.
