On Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 1:47 p.m., the man entered a mobile phone shop at Hermannstraße 54 in Neukölln. He approached the sales counter, brandished a pistol, and demanded in English that the shop owner hand over all her money. When she called for help, the assailant fled the store. Investigators believe he had visited the shop shortly before the robbery to inquire about money transfer services.
