Colombia national deported from Germany after illegal entry and employment violations
During a document check on a flight arriving from Barcelona at Stuttgart Airport, a 27-year-old Colombian national was inspected. The man presented a valid Colombian passport containing an entry stamp from Paris dated April 20, 2025. A Spanish-speaking interpreter was brought in by phone to assist with police questioning. Over the course of the interview, evidence emerged suggesting unauthorized residence, illegal entry, and unlawful employment.
Due to the identified criminal offenses, authorities ordered immediate deportation. Following a judicial hearing at Nürtingen District Court, the individual was transferred to the deportation detention facility in Pforzheim. The deportation was carried out on February 16, 2026, from Frankfurt am Main to Bogotá.
