Man Records Accident Scene and Posts Video - Report - Driver fined for filming crash while using phone on A2 motorway
A motorist films an accident scene on the A2 motorway—and unwittingly provides police with evidence of his own traffic violation.
A driver posted a video of a crash site on the A2 to social media, only to expose his own wrongdoing in the process. According to the central traffic and motorway patrol service near Borde, the footage clearly shows the man using his phone while driving, a violation of road safety regulations.
Authorities have since launched administrative proceedings against him. Police confirmed that the man was fined €100 and received one penalty point on his driving record in Flensburg.
