Police Awakens Driver on Federal Road - Investigations Ongoing - Drunk driver in Bavaria shouted Nazi slogans during arrest
A drunk driver caused alarm on Route B303 in Arzberg, Bavaria. The man fell asleep at the wheel before making aggressive and offensive outbursts during transport. The incident began when the driver was found asleep behind the wheel. Police then took him into custody for further processing.
During transport, he repeatedly shouted 'Heil Hitler' and displayed aggressive behaviour. Tests later revealed his blood alcohol level was 1.72 per mille, more than three times the legal limit. Authorities charged the man with drunk driving. He also faces charges for using symbols of unconstitutional organisations. The case will now proceed through the legal system.
