German Unity Center Hosts Inaugural New Year's Reception in Halle
For the first time, the "Future Center for German Unity and European Transformation" (gGmbH) has invited guests to its New Year's Reception on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the Salt Museum (Salinemuseum), Mansfelder Straße 52.
The event will feature welcoming remarks from Elisabeth Kaiser, Federal Minister of State and Commissioner for Eastern Germany, Sven Schulze, Minister-President of Saxony-Anhalt, and Dr. Alexander Vogt, Lord Mayor of Halle (Saale). Dr. Judith Marquardt, Deputy Mayor for Culture and Sports, will also attend the reception.
