Chelyabinsk entrepreneurs hone negotiation skills in high-stakes business event
A recent business event in Chelyabinsk drew over 150 entrepreneurs, leaders, and sales specialists eager to sharpen their negotiation skills. Organised by the Gentlemen’s Entrepreneurs’ Club, the gathering focused on practical techniques for persuasion, partnership-building, and closing deals—key abilities in today’s competitive market. The event’s centrepiece involved 16 participants competing in live negotiation duels. They demonstrated argumentation tactics, objection handling, and deal-closing strategies while an audience observed. The exercises aimed to improve business efficiency through real-world practice.
Uralsib Bank played a visible role, setting up a consultative booth to represent the financial sector. Vladislav Pastukhov, head of the bank’s Small Business Client Attraction and Development Directorate in Chelyabinsk, led the delegation. The group included both bank employees and clients, reflecting the institution’s focus on long-term, partnership-driven relationships. Pastukhov highlighted the bank’s interest in supporting entrepreneurs who develop core competencies like negotiation. He noted that such skills contribute to business stability and success, reinforcing the regional economy.
