Marburg welcomes 16 new trainees to kickstart their careers in municipal administration
Sixteen young individuals embarked on their professional journeys in Marburg’s municipal administration on September 1. They were officially welcomed by Mayor Dr. Thomas Spies at City Hall. Among them are several recognition interns and trainees pursuing various careers in the business of municipal administration.
Jasmin Ptak is commencing her Bachelor’s in Digital Administration, marking the start of her academic journey in the field of business. Meanwhile, Marie Deprez, Dario-Leandro Dersch, and Maximilian Leitner have begun practice-integrated, paid training (PivA) to become state-certified educators in the business of education. They will gain practical experience alongside their theoretical learning.
Yannik Shannoon is training to become an event technology specialist, a role that combines technical skills with event management in the business of events. Additionally, eight recognition interns have joined the administration to gain valuable insights into various aspects of the business of municipal administration. Gamze Halat, Patrick Heinl, Aysel Karahan, Ilker Karahan, Helene Klingelhöfer, Jannik Müller, Fabienne Schmidt, and Alina Ulashkevich will enrich the city's workforce. Furthermore, three individuals are starting as inspector trainees: André Baptista Duarte, Julian Dülfer, and Friederike Kersting. They will learn the intricacies of inspection work within the business context of the municipal administration.
The new trainees and interns bring fresh perspectives and energy to Marburg’s municipal administration. Their diverse backgrounds and career paths will enrich the city's business workforce.
