The image shows a bustling city street filled with lots of traffic and tall buildings. There are vehicles on the road, people walking on the sidewalk, and light poles lining the sides of the street. In the background, the sky is visible, and there are boards with text, likely advertising the top 10 things to do in New York City.

Mayor Giesder Takes City Tour to Hear Residents' Concerns Firsthand

Mayor Fabian Giesder is once again fostering direct dialogue with residents as part of this year's city and district tour.

The aim of the tour is to gather local concerns firsthand and work together to find solutions to current challenges. The traditional early-summer tour kicks off on May 6, 2026, at the Diska supermarket parking lot on Drachenbergstraße.

Over the course of the tour, the mayor will make 14 stops across the city's neighborhoods and districts, giving residents the opportunity to engage in direct conversation and voice their specific issues.

"I'm looking forward to the personal and constructive exchange with the people of our city," the mayor said ahead of the tour.
