Naked man disrupts Halle traffic after aggressive public outburst
Police were called to Barbarastraße and the area between Merseburger Straße and Julius-Eberling-Straße in Halle (Saale) on Friday morning. A 33-year-old man from Guinea-Bissau became verbally aggressive, hurling insults at officers, and was issued a dispersal order.
He then moved into a public traffic area, where he undressed and repeatedly placed objects on the roadway, forcing drivers to brake or swerve abruptly.
When police intervened, he attempted to physically assault an officer. In addition to announced coercive measures, officers deployed irritant spray against the man. He was later taken to a hospital for medical treatment. Criminal proceedings have since been initiated against him.
