Putin honours two Komi educators with Russia's top teaching awards
Russian President Vladimir Putin has honoured two educators from the Republic of Komi with state awards. The recognition was formally announced through an official decree published on the presidential legal acts portal. Both teachers received the prestigious title of 'Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation'. Yekaterina Arteyeva, a teacher of Russian language and literature, was one of the recipients. She currently works at Mutny Materik Secondary School. Her dedication to education earned her the high distinction.
Lyudmila Minina, an instructor in music theory and instrumental performance, also received the same honour. She teaches at the Syktyvkar Humanities and Pedagogical College named after I.A. Kuratov. The decree highlighted her contributions to music education in the region. The awards were granted by presidential decree, confirming their status as leading figures in Russian education.
The two educators now hold the title of 'Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation'. Their work in language, literature, and music education has been officially recognised at the national level. The decree solidifies their standing as key contributors to the Republic of Komi’s academic community.
