Resident satisfaction plummets 18 points in latest city survey

A recent community survey has revealed a sharp decline in resident satisfaction. The findings, presented by accounting firm Deloitte, were reviewed by the city council in a meeting led by Rory Nisan, a mayoral candidate and session chair. Deloitte conducted the survey on behalf of the city, gathering feedback from local residents. The results showed an 18-point drop in overall satisfaction compared to previous years.

During the council meeting, Rory Nisan addressed the findings. As both the chair of the session and a candidate for mayor, he highlighted key concerns raised by the survey.

The survey data will now guide the council’s next steps. Further discussions are expected to address the reasons behind the decline in satisfaction. Residents may see changes based on the feedback collected.
