Spencer Stuart Strengthens European Team with Two Senior Hires
Spencer Stuart has expanded its European team with two new senior hires. Daniela Chikova and Claus P. Fischer bring deep industry expertise to the firm’s financial and consumer practices. Their appointments aim to strengthen the company’s leadership and sector capabilities in key markets. Daniela Chikova joins the Financial Services Practice in Vienna. She arrives with 25 years of experience in retail banking and payments, honed at management consultancy Kearney. There, she served as a partner and co-head of the Retail Banking Center of Excellence.
Claus P. Fischer will bolster the Consumer Practice in Frankfurt. His focus spans consumer goods, retail, luxury, and hospitality. Before joining Spencer Stuart, he spent nearly a decade in executive search and leadership advisory roles at another firm.
Andrea Mohnsame, Managing Director for Germany and Austria, highlighted their impact. She noted that both hires bring valuable industry knowledge and consulting experience. Their skills are expected to advance Spencer Stuart’s practices across Europe. The appointments of Chikova and Fischer signal a strategic push to deepen sector expertise. Their roles in Vienna and Frankfurt will support the firm’s growth in financial and consumer markets. Spencer Stuart anticipates stronger client offerings as a result.
