Taiga Group merges Evocom and Syktyvkar Tissue into unified business structure

Taiga Group LLC has merged Evocom LLC and Syktyvkar Tissue Group PJSC into a single company. The new structure includes a management firm and five separate divisions. Leadership roles have been assigned to oversee operations and brand development. The merged entity will keep its production facilities running under the same organisational setup. Tatyana Koryazhkina has taken charge of all manufacturing activities. Artem Lebedev now serves as General Director of the combined business.

Konstantin Babkin will act as First Deputy General Director, supporting overall management. Dmitry Lutsay has been appointed Deputy Director for Sales and Marketing, focusing on the company’s own brands. Torsten Hubner remains responsible for the growth of Zemma, Libretta, Somfort, and Veiro. Konstantin Shestakov will lead the development of the Tellus and Veiro Professional brands. Tigran Sargsyan commented that the merger brings together advanced technologies and expertise. The goal is to produce higher-quality products through combined strengths.

The consolidation unites two major businesses under Taiga Group’s management. Each division retains its existing production structure while benefiting from shared leadership. The new roles aim to streamline operations and expand brand reach in the market.
