Tom Ghiden Takes Helm as adam&eveDDB London's New Managing Director

adam&eveDDB London has named Tom Ghiden as its new Managing Director. He steps into the position immediately, reporting directly to CEO Miranda Hipwell. The move comes as part of a wider shake-up in the agency’s leadership team this year. Ghiden arrives from JOAN London, where he led as Managing Director since 2023. During his time there, the agency gained recognition as one of the UK’s most dynamic creative firms. His experience includes driving high-profile campaigns for brands like Procter & Gamble, Mars, and Pernod Ricard.

His appointment follows several recent promotions within adam&eveDDB. Ant Nelson and Mike Sutherland have taken on the roles of joint Chief Creative Officers. Meanwhile, Will Grundy has moved up to Chief Strategy Officer. Hipwell highlighted Ghiden’s modern and emotionally intelligent approach to leadership. She described his track record in balancing creative vision with commercial success as a key factor in the decision.

Ghiden now takes charge of day-to-day operations at adam&eveDDB. His role will focus on maintaining the agency’s reputation for innovative and effective campaigns. The leadership changes signal a new phase for the company in 2025.
