Our Pick of the Week
Meet Braunschweig's oldest known researcher: Agnes Pockels! In 1882, she revolutionized surface tension research right from her kitchen sink. Yet even today, the way her story is told is often shaped by gender stereotypes. That's exactly what the latest episode of the Distillations podcast—produced by the Science History Institute and the Lost Women of Science initiative—explores. Among the guests is Petra Mischnick, founder of the Agnes Pockels Student Lab. Tune in now!
