Union Chief Confirms Only Formal Talks With Health Ministry
Rui Lázaro, president of the Pre-Hospital Emergency Technicians' Union, testified Thursday before the parliamentary inquiry into INEM that there were no informal channels of communication between the union and government officials. He stressed that all contact with the Ministry of Health was conducted solely through formal channels, with no direct engagement with ministerial offices.
