Wiesbaden bus routes detour for over a year due to roadworks
Bus routes in Wiesbaden will face changes from May 11 due to roadworks. Oberbergstraße in Medenbach will close, forcing diversions for services 21 and N10. The adjustments will remain in place for just over a year. Starting on May 11, buses heading toward Medenbach will follow their usual path until reaching the 'Am Sportfeld' stop. From there, they will divert to a temporary stop at 'Rossertstraße' before continuing to another temporary halt at 'Am Wald'.
For journeys toward Wiesbaden city centre, the diversion begins at the temporary stop 'Am Wald'. Buses will then travel to 'Rossertstraße' before returning to their normal route. The changes are set to last until June 5, 2026, while Oberbergstraße remains closed.
Passengers on routes 21 and N10 should plan for extra travel time during the closure. Temporary stops at 'Rossertstraße' and 'Am Wald' will serve as key points along the diverted path. The city has not announced further adjustments at this stage.
